Q: How can I get my order delivered to me?
A: When checking out, opt in for local delivery and you will be notified when your order is out for delivery.
Q: How do I pick-up my order?
A: When your order is complete you will receive a notification that its ready to pick up.
Q: Is delivery free?
A: Sadly, delivery is not free, it's a additional $3. But there are incentives given throughout time through social media and email with free delivery codes.
Q: How long does it take for my order to be ready?
A: Really depends on how many orders I have for the day and how early you placed your order, If you're looking to have a order ready for pick-up or delivery by 8am, it would be best to place a order the night before.
Q: Can I place an order for a week in advance?
A: Yes! I don't have a option for scheduled orders yet, but in "Special Instructions For Seller" tab while checking out, you can write out when you'd want them to be ready. I'll be able to see it and send a text or email confirming the day you want.
Q: How does Cash on Delivery work?
A: Pretty simple, you're able to place a order, and don't have to pay until the rolls are delivered or until you pick-up. (cash of course)
Q: Best way to reheat the cinnamon rolls?
A: I found that if you want to eat one at a time, 10-15 seconds in the microwave gets them perfect. But, if you're reheating a few, the oven would be the best bet. Preheat the oven to 350, once its done, put the rolls inside for 3 minutes and they'll be ready to eat.
Q: Do I have to refrigerate my rolls?
A: For certain toppings of rolls like Cream Cheese, Caramel Pecan, Strawberry Cheesecake, Caramel Apple, but I doubt they'd be around the house long enough for them to be refrigerated.
Q: How long before my rolls go stale?
A: Usually I'd say about 3 days if they're covered pretty well, harder to say for the ones that have glaze.
Q: Do you offer gluten free cinnamon rolls?
A; Fun Fact, every other week there will be new additions of cinnamon rolls added to the website, one of those weeks we might add a gluten free cinnamon roll, be sure to subscribe with your email and follow us on our socials so you don't miss out.
Q: How far do you deliver?
A: Well, I can deliver as far as Palm Springs, I'll always opt in for meeting half ways as well.
Q: How do I make change to a order I already placed?
A: If this happens, you can head over to our Contact Us page and choose from sending a email or text to my bot. I'll get it back and be able to reply and get things corrected with you.
Q: Do you deliver to local businesses?
A: I'd be delighted to deliver to your business, might even bring in some extra dozens on the house.
Q: How long have you been making cinnamon rolls?
A: I'd say about 3 years now, was really just a hobby until I noticed how many people kept asking for more and how much I charge. So I decided to make a website and share with the Coachella Valley.
Q: Can I give a suggestion on what type of roll to do next?
